The worst experience ever!
The worst experience ever! They damaged my washer when it fell one one of the two guys the sent. They damaged alot of my furniture and after two weeks sent someone to repair furniture damage but cannot get them to answer me on my damaged washer that does not spin correctly now or the big dent they left on the side of washer. It took two guys 11hours to move my stuff and rhen they did not finish. They are dirty left sweat and smudge marks on the walls, and are very pirposly slow. I am seeking legal counsel for their failure to communicate with me regarding the washer. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT HIRE these guys!!!! They showed up 5 hours late, ignored my instructions, and stole from me! I was given a time between 2-4 and they showed up after 7pm. Then, after almost 2 hrs, they hadn't loaded the beds. When I inquired what was taking so long, they asked for cash for a 4 hr job in order to finish. When I refused, they left my stuff on the curve at almost 10pm! They also took my son's flatscreen, Xbox, and dvd player for ransom. They said we had taken their dollies. The following morning, we still had stuff missing. Do not trust these guys. They are unprofessional and shady.

My appointment was for 8:30 am. The truck showed up on time, did the walk through, then the boys started immediately after. Tyler and Chris were my movers. You wouldn't have known they were being paid by the hour because they were working so fast the entire time. They started and were completely finished in 3 hours!! They put the beds back together and hooked my washer and dryer up for me. They were very pleasant while working and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

Waited for almost 3 hours and was told numerous times they were on the way. At last check, they were 2 minutes away and that was 40 minutes ago. Don't ever choose them!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Gave a quote then when moving day came they packed all my stuff up but there wasn't enough room on the truck so charged me an extra $700 for ANOTHER truck, making it $500 MORE than all the other quotes I got, but it was too late, I HAD to move. Then they broke several thousand dollars worth of stuff just being flat out careless. Pictures were sent, information was sent, I was NEVER reimbursed. Phone calls were dodged, voice mails not returned. By the time it was all said and done I estimated my loss at $4000 over what another company would have been if they were just careful. I have never seen such un-professionalism and am greatly disappointed.

The only reason why I give this company…
The only reason why I give this company 2 stars is because of a guy named Joey. I was sent 2 movers and the other guy when missing 95% of the time. He wouldn't even answer his phone when his boss called, the boss had to call my phone. Joey is a young kid with a lot of stamina and something to work for. He did what he needed to do even past our 2 hour service he stayed another 2 hours just to get the job done and make up for what the other guy didn't do. I do not recommend this company.
