O please don't go to this place.I had a abscess and Dr. Just looked at my teeth and said that I need to set a other appointment.WT$ also needed a cleaning.A lady said I needed a Deep Cleaning for 500.00 + money hungry Dr.

Scumbags. Because of Dr. A's work, I now have to have another tooth pulled (he pulled a healthy tooth) and have to get a cap. I go to the dental school now. Monarch uses scare tactics to empty your bank account. Thanks, Monarch: I had a healthy tooth pulled and a 3K unnecessary painful procedure done.

Worst dentist office around. From cancelled appointments, over charges and insurance claims not turned in on a timely manner. Monarch has caused us so much stress. We left them almost a year ago and we are still dealing with over charges and insurance issues. We moved to a new dentist in Helotes and can't be happier. Do not walk but run away from Monarch. There's so many Dentist offices around the area, Monarch should be your last choice. Your guarantee to have along waits and they overbook patients, and the book keeping is done by people who have no clue on what there doing..

Had a crown put on had the temp. Well it fell off for about a week. It was supposed to have been in a while ago, but never received a call. Trust me, I was waiting! Well the dentist kept asking me if it felt right, I told her no, but I can't tell if it's because my guns are inflamed. Well she went OFF! telling me well it's not my fault you didn't come in. Apparently they showed I had an appointment and was a no show. If that's truly the case, I'll take responsibility IF I missed an appoontment. But then she became very condescending and degrading with total attitude well I don't know what else you want me to do all I'm worried about is the bite, it's not my fault you didn't come in, unless you want me to do surgery which is going to cost you a lot of money. Whoa I was just responding to your question it didn't feel right. So she again very rudely asks well what do you want me to do about it?! I was in shock like IDK you are the dentist. Then places the cotton (net gently at all) tells me to bite down and didn't worry about any adjustments after. Like I said IF I missed an appointment, I guess I was waiting for a phone call that never came. I'll take responsibility for that, but I have also worked in Customer service and know that is NO WAY to talk to a patient!! I literally left in tears!! Talked to office manager and she just said yes she is very passionate about her work and can come across as aggressive! WHAT?!

How should I begin. It all started with my tooth ache. At the end of the day, and after weeks have passed by, my pain still exists and it all could have been prevented had monarch dental done it's job. The job was to simply take out my tooth, but because of following protocol, I am now suffereing from "Dry Socket". This is a result of them not giving me proper post surgical care. I called and they told me to basically get in line at the office or wait for next available oppointment. I eventually saw the "Doc" and he said, "the pain is suppose to be there". The staff treats you like live-stock and the service feels like that of a large corporation who had monatised on a franchise concept in the dental industry, OH wait, that is what they are. Trust me, this is a place you want to stay away from, unless you fell like being treated like a Texas cow. Please understand, yes, I am upset at the service, but I know I am not the first to be treated this way or the last, I know now and I am just offering my advice for those of you who are asking by looking at this review.

I was a patient at Monarch off 1604 and Potranco.The customer service is terrible! The women there get their patients mixed up,they're not organized and terrible manners. Its obvious they hate their jobs! I don't have insurance so everything had to be paid for out of pocket and let me tell you- there are plenty of dentists that would be glad to take my money and give me the customer service i deserve! Instead i found an amazing dentist with amazing staff! 210-226-2899! Dr. Garza! Awesome Doc! Very Affordable too! Give him a call.

I called this morning to make an appointment and they promised they would call me to let me know I my office visit would be covered by my insurance, it was about 4 pm and they still had not call me back, I called them and again they said they would call me back before closeing today, they are closed and never called me.

This is the Monarch Dental office: Nice office staff, but didn't like the dentist's office policy that parents are not allowed in the back while children are being checked. Didn't mind this for my son's regular cleaning, but he needed extra work done. My child is only 11 so I INSISTED on being present for anything out of the ordinary, as any involved parent would do. I wound up walking out. The billing staff also screwed up and filed a claim for my son's dental work, under my name. Been trying to get this corrected for 4 months, because now I am unable to get any dental work done because my son's claims show up under my dental history.
