My husband and I took our vehicle to have both bumpers repaired and some scratches touched up. We were greeted right away by Pearl, who was super friendly, and Freddy was assigned to our vehicle. We were super impressed with Freddy’s professionalism and can-do service! Right from the onset, he made us feel that he was going to take care of our car as if he were bringing in his own car. He was very thorough and detailed and explained exactly what would be done to the vehicle and gave us the price, which was to our satisfaction.
After dropping off our vehicle, we had to return a few hours later because we forgot our wallet in the car. Right away, Freddy took us all over the lot to help us find our car, which was already tagged and prepped for starting the body work. He helped us find our wallet, and again, assured us of the level of care he would take on our car.
Sure enough, when we got the call from Freddy that our car was ready, we came to pick it up and we were impressed by the great work that was done on our car! The professionals who worked on our bumpers and body scratches did a phenomenal job! We were very satisfied overall with the level of professional service we received from Miracle Body & Paint, and most of all, from Freddy. His customer service is exceptional and his professionalism is impeccable! He certainly is an asset to this company and it shows!
Not only will we be returning again for future vehcile body repairs, but we will enthusiastically recommend Miracle Body & Paint—and make sure they ask for Freddy!

Frank Robles and Pearl provided me with great customer service from the time I brought my vehicle in until the day it was ready to be picked up. Frank called me at least twice a week while my car was in the shop to keep me updated with the progress. He answered all of my questions and explained the maintenance my car was undergoing. Not only did Miracle do a great job repairing my vehicle, but they also saved me so much money I didn't have to pay for my deductible out of pocket. As a working college student, the savings were greatly appreciated and something no other shop in San Antonio could provide. I highly recommend Miracle Body and Paint to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle, because they put the customer's needs first.

Extremely disappointed. My truck was on the shop for over a month. I was consistently told, "It'll be ready tomorrow." Tomorrow turned into 15 days car rental out if my pocket....a very expensive tomorrow. Looking back now, I should have waited 2 weeks for an appointment at Service King, I have never had a negative experience with them.

It is so hard to give them a star at all. My frustration level is very high right now since I dropped my car off there almost 2 months ago. I had just been in a major collision and suffering from bruised and broken ribs when I followed the tow truck to this place and trusted them with the care of my vehicle. Over $8000 later and hopefully I will get the car tomorrow after 2 months. The concerns addressed by Gabriel (supposed Manager) without absolutely ZERO customer service skills, we're dismissed with excuses and " I am sorry you feel that way" said over and over again with a complete attitude that I was taking up HIS time. Forget the time I have been inconvenienced and lack of communication. He will definitely not have to worry I will not be taking up his precious time or giving him any further business in the future. Now hoping for a miracle as the name suggests that the repairs were actually completed correctly. I am usually very understanding with delays but I strongly advise against not exposing yourself to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service this company provides. Don't be fooled... they will give you a warm fuzzy feeling at first until they get your business.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. RECEPTIONIST WAS TRYING TO BE VERY HELPFUL AND SHE WAS VERY KIND. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE GUY WHO ASSISTED ME NEXT WAS NOT SO KIND. FELT ALMOST LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME AND SAID COULD ONLY SAVE ME $170 AND WHEN I WANTED TO DROP IT OFF (WHEN I DID NOT EVEN SAY YES). ALL OTHER AUTO PAINT SHOPS WERE AT LEAST WILLING TO SAVE ME $500 (AT LEAST).. HE BLUNTLY SAID THIS ALL WE CAN SAVE YOU AND HANDED MY PAPERS BACK TO ME. KIND RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THEY CAN PROBABLY SAVE ME MORE BUT WHY I TOOK MY PAPERS BACK. TOLD HER THEY WERE HANDED TO ME...ANYWAYS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME.

The staff is always professional and attentive. Miracle has always kept his promises and exceeded my expectations!!
