Terrible from the Start!!
Just waiting in line was a terrible experience as we were waiting for the doorman to check ids another employee from Metro told my boyfriend that you could not wear boots inside.. he looked at him and lifted his pants and said these are shoes not boots .(they were slip on GBX in black) in the mean time his cousin had told the door man we just came from a wedding and we were dressed to the nine, dress shirts, ties, slacks, suit jackets, dresses high heels the whole works. The doorman was like come on they just came from a wedding the guy was still insistent on not letting us in! But we got in thanks to the doorman who besides the police officer were the only two that were cordial the whole night. We did arrive 45 min earlier than the wedding party but we were told they reserved a both which cost 225 mind you!! So we are in this booth maybe 15 min 6 of us that came from the wedding and a waitress was ready to kick us out because it was reserved.. the other people that reserved it had to tell them that we were with them .we thought all was fine..wrong 30 min later the manger shows up and a police officer come over to kick us out mind you the bride and groom just arrived 5 min prior . The manager was unwilling to talk to us give us a reason or a refund. The officer apologized because well we were talking to him earlier in the evening. the Metro lost out on a lot of money there were 30 plus that came to have a good time , so the doorman from the metro took us next door to the ZEN who gave us the seating for free!!! and met all of our accommodations!!! They had a great atmosphere at Zen . Metro atmosphere was terrible and Dj music was bad, Drinks were expensive and unfriendly staff!!!
