Methodist Hospital Wound Care Center

This clinic works whenever they want to. They make their own hours without any regard whatsoever for their patients or their needs. They are impossible to reach by phone if you have a problem. Even at 2:30 in the afternoon their afterhours answering service comes on. I tried to call to question my bill and was given the runaround. I was billed for outpatient hospital services for each one of my routine wound care visits. The average visit was 20 minutes and they would not even give me a bandage- I had to use my own!. The bill for that visit was well over $2000. The Methodist Hospital System appears to be running some kind of insurance scam at the cost of the health of patients who need help with their problems.
