        The service at this store is horrible. I go in and the people usually at the 2nd or 3rd drive thru windows are rude. They have not gotten an order right. I hate this location but it is so close to home. Otherwise, i go to the broadway or o'connor locations! The management is rude and doesn't care about a customr says they argue w/ customers!

        The service there is horrible...the management is horrible as well. I had a complaint about my order and I called and was told the manager was busy and to call back then they said she was not there...make up your mind people...is there a manager in the store. I suggest you save your money and go somewhere else. You order a large fries and they fill them half way then they tell you to bring them back and they will fix it but then my other food will be cold and they can't do anything about it. If they would get it right then my food wouldn't get cold. The employees there don't give a crap about customer service and I guess the owners don't either cause the service is getting worse.
