It's a shame that the owner Teresa Willett has to part ways with my small company due to their errors in the printing department .I have paid for some of their mistakes. I went in to the office sat down with the owner Teresa Willett and explained exactly how my shirts should be printed and somehow they were printed wrong again. She promised a free order for the 1st time. I have never asked for free product just make my order to my instructions. Not a big deal. I'm bothered because how they decided to not produce any product due to their mistakes and I NEVER requested a refund or FREE product. A customer since 2013 and this is how you treat a client. I hope Teresa Willettt is indeed the owner since she didn't allow me to speak to anyone else in the company.
