Awesome service doesn't being to describe Locke Service Company! I have been a customer for many many years due to the professionalism of the employees, the knowledge each person has had who has come to my home, the friendly people who schedule the appointments, and the follow up after any service appointment. The recommendations for repairs always include multiple options and a detailed explanation of what is needed and why.

I used Locke Service Co to repair my air conditioning. They were very helpful and they were able to send someone to my house within an hour of my call. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained the problem before he began the repair. Our air conditioning was up and running again within about an hour of his arrival. We've been cool and comfortable ever since. I would definitely use Locke Service Co again and highly recommend this company.

Whenever I come across some one in need of any ind of a/c service I sent them straight to Locke! They have been great to deal with, through and courteous! We just got home from being out of town for 5 days and our upstairs unit quit cooling. All of our bedrooms are upstairs and I called Locke Service Company at 7 pm. They came with one one hour and had to order a new fan motor part. They replaced it and had it cooling again by 9 am the next morning. I was very pleased with their prompt and professional service and will definitely call them again in the future. Great service at a reasonable price.
