Ok, where do I start. My daughter and I knew exactly what we wanted. The dress she picked was beautiful. The problem was we were on our own. The only thing they did was fill out the paperwork and put in the order. First of all we waited 45 minutes for someone to help us and there were hardly any customers to wait on at the time and they kept walking around and going in the back. When I finally saw the person I was waiting for, they were chatting with a co-worker in a corner.. That was a sign. Second, once we found someone we had to speak spanish, because no one spoke very good english at all. Then they didn't use a measuring tape or anything to fit her for the dress. They gave us a dress to try on and we were on our own, then they only took the order for the dress. Then when the dress came in we HAD TO BUY IT because it didn't fit and they wouldn't reorder another unless WE reordered it and PAID FOR THAT ONE TOO. When that dress came in it did fit but the top of the dress was crushing her bustline. Now we had two dresses. One that didn't fit and the other that did (kinda) but looked tacky. We decieded to salvage the second dress by having it altered and guess what? The seimstress called us to come in and explained that these dresses are made in mass production so the pieces had to be marked with the sizes so that you knew you were sewing the right pieces together and of course the size it was marked was not the size I ordered. When I tried taking it back they said it could have been the seamstresses marks and she had already tampered with the dress so they would not help me or refund the dress. We finally found a bridal shop that would help us and ordered the exact same dress. Same size as the last, only this one fit. By the end of this nightmare I had three quinceanera dresses, only one fit and I was out almost $2000.00 but my daughter looked great thanks to someone else.
