Honest shop great prices quick service quality work. Dealer said I needed a new computer john rebuilt it for half the price

Do not trust this place! I dropped off my vehicle on May 26, 2015 after obtaining an estimate for a complete paint job and some minor auto repairs directly from owner, John Eller. I waited and waited over two months with a number of excuses and promises every time I called to check on it. I was told it would be ready in two days about 5 different times throughout those two months. When I finally got tired of waiting and insisted on picking up my vehicle as is, it was painted the wrong color, the door jams were a different color and the repair work was not done. I took the vehicle as is and requested a refund. The owner contacted me that evening and asked that I give him 1 1/2 days to rectify the situation and while he could not agree to repaint my vehicle the right color, he would paint the door jams to match the body, complete the repair work, and paint my other vehicle free of charge. I agreed and had him provide a signed document where the shop owner acknowledged in writing that it was painted the wrong color and outlined the repairs and additional work he would do in lieu of refund and that it would be completed by a certain day/time and if not, he would issue refund. After a day passed the deadline and more excuses, I decided to just pick up my vehicle and demand a refund. When I went to the shop, I found my vehicle in worst shape than before. Not only did the owner not meet the deadline, the so called repair work that was done damaged my vehicle significantly and it was obvious they had attempted to patch up or cover up their mess...I have pics. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay for repairs of the damage plus what I had already paid him to do. To make matters worse, the owner is refusing to accept responsibility or issue a refund. They also kept the new parts that I purchased for the repair work that they did not do.

Leon Valley is the Real Deal! They know what they're doing and they don't "stick it to you". Prices are very reasonable. This is the only repair shop I trust with my Mercedes Benz, besides the Mercedes dealer. But Leon Valley's prices are about half of what the dealer prices are. And they go above and beyond on service. I highly recommend this shop.

Finally found the honest, well-qualified repair shop I have been looking for in San Antonio. Took my 2007 bmw 328i to John after being recommended to him by a friend. So glad I did. John did excellent work for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted at an independent BMW specialist repair shop. I will be going back to him for all future repairs.
