The staff here knows exactly what they are doing. Before coming to Lee Nails, I had to of try out at least 5 other salons in the past 3 months. It was disappointment after disappointment until I came here and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you sooooo much for making my first visit memorable.
I was a walk-in last Saturday afternoon and although they were busy the staff still gave me the friendly customer service I appreciate so much. They got me a seat in one of the massage chairs while I waited and offered me a water. I'm writing this review because service like this is always hard to come by these days.
Lee Nails provided me with the most amazing pedi/mani I have ever had. The staff is so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. There's nothing better than getting the type of service I deserve after working a long work week. Thanks so much for everything and I will definitely be a customer for life.
I am also a client there and see clients like u wanting something for FREE all the time. It's ur falt it got lost so why do they have to replace it for u. The have great customer service. Dont take advantage of them when it was your falt. Next time dont be so CARELESS. They are always friendly and fast to get to clients and keep the clients happy. Thers store is the cleanest in SA. Thanks to them I dont get fungus on my nails like the salon down the street. So dont blame them for ur loss. its clients like u that give salons bad names and always want to replace something they lost. It's like every store if u loss a gift it's NOT REPLACEABLE .... HELLO!
My mother recently moved to the area so I purchased her a gift certificate for Mother's Day in advance. I live in Dallas, and I had the certificate in a Mother's Day card ready to be put in the mail when I misplaced it at work. I called and explained the situation to the receptionist, who checked with the manager and told me she couldn't do anything to replace it because it was against their policy. She asked me if I would like to talk to the manager, but then returned and said she was unavailable and would call me back. I did not receive a call back, and despite multiple attempts to get ahold of her, every time I called I was told she was with a client, unavailable, out of the store, or would call back. My boyfriend lives in SA so he actually went in to the store and the manager was again 'unavailable'.
Since the card was misplaced in Dallas and the salon is in SA there was little chance of someone actually trying to use it. Someone at the hospital I work at actually found it and returned it to me, but after the way I was treated I wouldn't want my mother to go there. I called again and the manager actually answered, but when I began to explain the situation and ask if I could return the certificate, she cut me off and said she was busy and would call me back. I have been waiting several hours and the salon is now closed and she has yet to call back.
I feel I was treated very poorly and that a good business should have a courteous staff and cater to the needs of their customers. I am unsure of the quality of their services but would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
