I have always loved Le Peep, but I will not go back to the Nac. location. I ordered the Florentine Benedict(which I always order) and the eggs were hard boiled! When I pointed it out to the waiter, he just looked at the eggs and said, ""they aren't suppossed to look like that?"" Then he offered to tell the owner. When he came back with the bill he said that if we wanted to complain we could do so on our way out, because the owner was working the register. I let the owner know and he just said that he would need to have a talk with the staff. The whole point was for the waiter to show the plate to the cook and owner so they could see how over-cooked the eggs were. I wasn't wanting a refund, just a little concern over the food, also it took almost 40 min. to get our food. It was not busy as it was a Mon. at 12:30.
