Came here to eat lunch with my family.

I found a meat in my hot sauce and notified the waitress immediately. I'm thinking that they gave me someone else s hot sauce and just poured more in the bowl.

she said that in the fridge the cook probably was taking meat out and it probably fell in. So i brushed it off and didn't eat the hot sauce. While we were eating my daughter said look mom and i saw two cockroaches on my daughter and I got very upset. I went to the waitress and said I am not going to pay for my food you have cockroaches and they were on my daughter. I told her to let me speak to your manger and she told me that they always have bugs. I told her well that's a problem. Then she said you have to pay or I'll call the Cops. So I told her that I would call the Cops. The Cop showed up and I had told him what happened. I told him that I don't have a problem paying for my meal. The problem was the fact they had roaches and they were crawling on my daughter that made me mad. She showed the Cop and I the exterminator papers and the last one was on July 20, 2015 and she said they get them to come once a month. So that means from that date to now its been 20 days and the still have Roaches something must not be right then. So the Cop asked the lady that I wanted a 50% discount and she said that I can only give you 10% off So I paid $17.81. I also Noticed she had a kid in the kitchen telling him to go to the back while the Cop was still their. I told her if you went to a restaurant and they had cockroaches on your kid wouldn't you be the same way. She said no if it was on my food then yes. And I said yeah right. As a parent you would be upset if you saw a roach on your child at a restaurant that is very disgusting and unsanitary.

I eat at your restaurant every day and most days, twice spending close to $400 each month. Today, I ordered a ground beef burrito and ask to add onions. I was charged $1 to add onions to that burrito.



Is there a charge to add onions to burritos, enchiladas or other items? I obviously love your food and give it a 5-star rating; however, I am disappointed that I was charged an extra $1 to add onions to my burrito. Just saying.....
