Dr.Razai and his assistant Sabrina are amazing at what they do. I hate going to the dentist, even at almost 23 years old, but they always put me at ease. I love coming to this dentist office! I started with my son, and now my whole family comes here! I'd recommend this office (McCrealess Market) for anyone looking for a dentist with such a comfortable environment and staff!

With having 3 children, it is very convenient being able to have all 3 of them seen at once. I absolutely love Dr Razai, but Dr. Karan is also awesome they know their stuff and their great with kids. The very first time I went there was another dentist there that was just plain evil, when I intentionally missed that next 6 month appt, the staff called me and informed me she was gone and that we would get a much better dentist. I have been a loyal customer now for 4 years and even though I have since moved 45 minutes away I still take my babies there because I trust their judgment, care and opinions. I personally love all of the assistants, and dental hygienist the front office staff can seem kind of cold but I'm a talker so they have learned to just smile and laugh along, meaning they can be good sports too.

I was still traumatized still from a dental visit several years ago, that prevented me from going back to the dentist, but I needed attention to a broken tooth, when I went in Paola treated me with care and compassion, and Dr. Razai was very caring as well, and help me overcome the "FEAR OF THE DENTIST".

They have a very caring team here and I would recommend them for my family, thank you Kool smiles team for listening to your patient and making me feel at ease.

The ladies here at KOOL Smiles are awesome and very courteous. Nothing but SMILES ... Sabrina was GREAT because of her and the Staff I will definitely go back!!!! The dentist was also very nice and knew her Stuff...

Nice friendly and courteous staff. I just wished that I would have picked up the forms that needed to be completed. I have twins, the forms took me 45 minutes to complete. I loved the fact that the twins were seen at the same time instead of one at a time. I will definitely recommend Kool Smiles.
