Continued review from before.....present but the host completely shut down at this point by claiming "He didn't know English." So I waited until I found someone who could understand and may possibly provide a better answer than the first host. Wrong again that I would assume this. I spoke to a "manager" named Sam who pretty much said "Your out of luck, there is nothing we can do and we are extremely busy." He treated our situation like a joke and even laughed in our faces and joked how they are pretty much out of everything anyways. I do not know if this is how Kobe Steakhouse conducts their business or handle their customers but this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever faced. I was excited when my friend decided at this restaurant but after this experience I am warning my friends not to eat there because of how we were treated.
