Wonderfull staff my kids love this place dont trust wat others say know they been getting rid of the bad kids it is really inproveing thanks to dulce and miss jackiie

Okay well my kids been here on and off its a wonderful place can't complain on the teachers there awesome my kids love the teachers but not the kids only a few the other ones complain like my kids play with them damn mom's complaint catch a brake and get your kids in check especially for the one who us to work there is no exception u should be busted out of ur clothese but this is a wonderfull Place

All of the reveiws i have read are the same problems I have dealt with at this daycare. My 2 and 5 yr old were there only 2 weeks before I took them out on an emergency transfer through ccds. Twice in two weeks my 2 yr old came home in the same pull up I put her in that morning. I know this becuase I have two different brands for home and day care. Both times the pull up was so full of urine and feces that it was leaking through her shorts. My 5 yr old had an accident and her soiled clotheswere thrown in the same cubby as her naptime blanket. I heard the teachers yelling at the children almost every single day morning and afternoon. Id hate to imagine how the teachers behaved to the kids when no parents were around. Every employee there was rude and seemingly uneducated. I called the licensing board on them and they will be investigating this horrid place and I p ray that it will be shut down. When I went on the last day to pick them up I requested that I get my shot records back and they made copies of them and charged me 10 bucks for the copies! Is that even right? I feel bad for any parent who has to learn the hard way just how awful this place really is.

The staff is mean and rude to the kids. I used to be employed there and I witnessed one of the staff members beat on of the kids there for pulling his pants down. When I asked what was going on, I was told that my job was done for the day and that I could leave. One of the kids was eating his dinner and apparently he wasn't eating fast enough because they through his food away and in the trash. I understand the fact that kids take naps and also sometimes it's movie time but, does this necessarily mean that they have to sit down for 6-8 hrs daily? Basically, this center is getting paid to just tell the kids what to do. Don't get me wrong there are some good teachers at this school but, the majority of them are bad and mean. Including myself there was a total of 4 nice teachers and 6 mean ones. PLEASE and I emphasize please do not send your kids here.
