He has saved me at least 2,000.00 in repairs-



I always go to the dealership and have them work a quote for me and then I take my car to Kangs to have the work done, because he always beats the dealer's price by at least 100%, and he also does great work-

This guy is a joke and does not know how to run a business! We waited FOUR months for my boyfriends transmission to be fixed, every week he'd tell us it was ready, only for him to say nevermind next week. After I said he had one more chance to fix our car or I'd need a refund he finally said the car was fixed, only for it to BREAK DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. I immediately called Kang to tell him and what a surprise NO ANSWER. I am out $1100, relying on one car to get me and my boyfriend to and from work and school. It's been a month with no reply and I am determined to let everyone know that KANG AUTOMOTIVE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!

I took two CV axles in to be rebuilt because a mechanic friend recommended them. They charge about the same as auto zone, but their axles are MUCH BETTER! Will use them again.

I just bought a new car ( to me ) and it was in great condition motor and body. i buy from the same lot All the time but when i took it to kang to fix the cv boots it took 4 hours and the lady owner up front talked my ear off and talked bad about my husband cuz he mexican! ALL kinds of mess came out her mouth. the mechanic which is her much younger husband just plays around like its a hobby. when i took my car home, oh thats it, thats all i can do, only look at how nice it is and sit in it. dont know what happend just didnt work anymore. they been in business 20 yrs can you believe it. i work for a transportation company too and this is more than inconvinient...the owner needs to retire and stop wasting her own money and ours.

This company, in my opinion, is run very poorly. The owner's husband (the only employee), uses a lot of derogatory and racial slurs when speaking to customers. He may know what he's doing when it comes to rebuilding struts, but new ones can be bought for a little more without all of the foul language. The owner stays up front most of the time and I don't think is aware of her husband/employee's unprofessionalism. He is trying his hand at auto repair now, but he is, in my opinion, not very good at diagnosing problems. I will admit he is a great parts swapper, if you already know what is wrong.



If you take your vehicle here, I would suggest leaving your little ones at home, or at the very least, insert earplugs lest they be within earshot of this man's vulgar mouth.
