I would have to say that my experience…

I would have to say that my experience at Ivory was above and beyond the best club experience I have had in San Antonio. Everything from how clean it was to the customer service was an A+.

Had my birthday party at Ivory last…

Had my birthday party at Ivory last Saturday. The music was amazing, the crowd was very nice (no ghetto people thank god) and the drinks were cheap. We only paid $75 for a VIP and it included a bottle of Goose, mixers, and everything we needed. Awesome deal. It was a little tucked away from the street and hidden, but well worth the find!

$3 EVERYTHING on Fridays, you can't beat…

$3 EVERYTHING on Fridays, you can't beat that especially with the place, it is so nice and clean and the people are great. The dj was great too. It sure is nice to be able to have a good time without spending a lot of money.

Had a really good time at this place.

Had a really good time at this place. It was very clean and the service was out of this world. Everything was very inexpensive. The dj played really great music and it was packed. I like how the crowd was really nice, there was no ghetto people, which is hard to find in SA. Definitely check this place out.

Cheap drinks and great place.

Cheap drinks and great place. The music was cool and the wait staff was really helpful and polite. Bathrooms were really clean. went on a friday night and all of the drinks were only $3 all night. glad this place is in the medical center because there is no where nice like this anywhere close. wish i would have known about this place sooner.

Finally San Antonio has a nightclub that…

Finally San Antonio has a nightclub that can hang with Vegas! They have a casual nice dress code, so it keeps the unwanted out. The waitress was amazing and may I add hot. The service was perfect and the DJ played a variety of music, mostly Top 40 and Dance Music. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

I love this place.

I love this place. It was so clean and white. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was for being where it is located. The staff was very nice and the drinks were amazing. The drinks were reasonably priced plus they had drink specials. The people that were there were dressed nice. Im excited that I don't have to drive so far now to go out to a nice place. It is nice to have something upscale in the neighborhood.

My boyfriend and I went there last night…

My boyfriend and I went there last night. I wouldn't recommend it. We were the first people there, arriving at 6:00 or so. Nobody greeted us when we arrived, so we sat down. No one came over to take our order and we didn't see anything about the happy hour specials we had heard about. Finally I went to the bar where the female bartender was busy chatting with a male employee (manager?). I asked her for a happy hour menu. She quickly named off a short list of specials. There wasn't a printed happy hour menu.

Despite this, we ordered our drinks and tried to keep an open mind. (We had three drinks each and there was barely a dribble of alcohol in any of the drinks.) At one point, I went to the front because I saw a sign-up box for a giveaway. Nowhere did it say what the prize was, so I started chatting with another patron who was signing up also. We laughed because neither one of us knew what the prize was. Then a woman who had overheard our conversation came over and said it was for CD's and movie tickets. She told me she was going to enter last so her entry would be on top and she would be more likely to win. We laughed. Then she introduced herself as the hostess! I couldn't believe there was even a hostess because no one had greeted us or anyone else. Also, the fact that the hostess was trying to outsmart the patrons to win the prize seemed at the very least to be a conflict of interest.

I had invited ten friends to join us later, and at that point I texted them and told them not to come. We went to Silo instead.

Bottom line: Very disappointing. Awful staff. Weak drinks. We won't be back.

Best Bar/Club in SA

If you want to go to a classy Bar with great drinks, great music then definitely go to ivory lounge. Tuesday's they have live jazz which is awesome but if your ready to dance the night away it's the hotspot on the weekend!! Thank goodness someone opened a bar like this in SA!
