Iron Eagle Tattoos
Although the artist that did my husband's tattoo is very talented, he is also highly unprofessional.

There are two artists at this shop; the owner Jason, and a second artist named Richard. We went with Richie because we went to high school with him, and know that he was an extremely talented artist.

Our appointment was at 2pm, we showed up 15 mins early. Our artist did not arrive until 2:30. My husband's tattoo design was a simple text on the forearm of a prayer. It took approximately 2 hrs to complete, after which we were happy the result. He charged us $180.

We were told that we could come back for a free touch-up within two months.

A couple of weeks later we noticed that several letters were not closed on the loops, and a few patches of words were generally faded. We called our artist, who did not answer his phone. We messaged him online, and he agreed to an appointment the next day. He didn't show up. Over the next few weeks we attempted to contact him, and were either ignored or received vague promises of a future date. Eventually, nearly a month and half after the tattoo was done, we drove to the shop and just happened to catch him there, and set an appointment for the following day.

During the touch-up, he kept stopping to ask my husband if it was good enough yet. And generally rushed him until my husband finally left even though he was still not entirely happy with a few of the letters.

this artist did not want to hold up his obligations to the client, and acted lazy and impatient. We will definitely never return here.
