Institute for Women's Health

The office is fast and most of the staff is nice. However, because our doctor didn't schedule my wife's surgery when she said she would- she has now wrecked Christmas for my 3 year old and 6 year old, plus because we had a planned c-section I put in for my vacation accordingly- now because the Dr. "Forgot" to actually schedule the day my wife will be left alone with our 3 children to recover from a c-section with no family or friends in the area to help. So not only does she get to spend Christmas and Christmas eve in a hospital- due to my job I will be out of town and unable to help her recover. The doctor could have done something about it too- she had pushed for the 17th of Dec over and over again instead of just telling my wife that she had taken the 18th (the day we planned) off. We have an Autistic son who is in therapy so My wife opted for the 18th (he had an appointment for therapy the 17th). Instead of telling her she would be out of town the Dr. just scheduled her later. We were under the impression The date was decided on 6 months prior and THEN when My wife called to try to get it moved to the 17th (after she got the 22nd for a date IN THE MAIL) the doctor (who had pushed for the 17th repeatedly) then said that would be too early- only 1 week prior to my wife's due date.
