  Poor Guest Services! Not Willing To Go That Extra Mile

  I really like shopping at Hobby Lobby! But this 7058 Bandera Road location has poor customer service. The cashier with the wavy hair and wears glasses is very unprofessional. She yells commands to other employees. She shouts out locations of items to customers, instead of walking the customer, or at-least kindly pointing the way. You can never get a word in without her cutting you off by speaking while you're trying to explain your request. This store seems to be hard up for money. They don't offer discounts to everybody, just a select few.

  Baah Humm Bug!

  Ok this is a wonderful store there is nothing that you cant find here. Only thing that store needs work on is the attitude of it employees. Now maybe last night everyone had a long day but I witnessed two occasions when customers asked for help and employee said Im sorry I dont work in that department! And no offer to find someone who did just spin and walk away!
