        Help Me! Tech Team saved my business recently. My laptop died during a Windows backup and everything was ERASED. Gone. I couldn't even power it up. I was DISTRAUGHT, to say the least, because I am a one woman show and my business is my world.



        Help Me! Tech Team brought my laptop back to life. They were so nice, professional and helpful, and the charges were very, very fair. This is coming from a starving artist on a shoestring budget, so you know it's true. Haha! www.robiniart.com

        Saved the Day!

        Our office was faced with a dead server and was without internet and email for days in spite of our best efforts to correct the problem internally. We were referred to Help Me!! as a company proficient in the type of server we purchased and scheduled an appointment within a day of reporting it. Their team was great from the start and Scott spent days at our office installing our new server as well some of our other dated equipment. They never tried to sell us more than we needed and were there even after payment for consultation and help. They really lived up to their name and can be trusted for prompt and efficient service.         stayed late with me

        I can't tell you how grateful my wife and I were that not only did they solve our computer problem but happily stayed late to get the job done. Hopefully we won't need them again any time soon but if so, I'm very glad that we found people that we can trust and who know what they are doing.

        I called Help Me on a Saturday in a panic over my business server being down. They answered, were professional and took care of me within 15 minutes - back up and running! I can't say enough good things about them. Now, they'll be the only people that I use.

        Horrible Service

        Think twice before bringing your machine here. It took them 3 times to fix a simple virus. Customer service is a laugh at best. Would never recommend them because of them needing 3 times to fix my system.

        All viruses are cleaned before leaving our shop. Sometimes a customer will become reinfected on their own by repeating the behavior that allowed them to become initially infected. Believe that this is the customer that continually brought in infected flash drives. They were not charged for repeated visits although a charge would have been correct. We make customer care our number one priority and regret that this customer was unhappy.

        classes helped me

        Was very computer illiterate went to help make computers where I was told they give one-on-one classes to some office classes from Doc and Windows classes and Internet classes from Bob which helped a great deal in understanding my computer was surprised that the cost was in inexpensive as it was for one-on-one individual attention class do not regret at all and now understand my computer a lot more than I did before thank you help me computers Bob and Doc
