The lady who assisted me, received an "F+"! She must specialize in the "Art of being Rude', she has it down pat. I went in for my Food Stamps appt., after being without a job for several months, she seemed like it insulted her for my being there, as if she owns the place. I think it's sad that an employees' bad attitude is acceptable in the work place; send them home. What's happened to good old courtesy with a smile? Gone! I reported her to the Security/Policeman.
