Mr. Haynes started out for me in 2007 and did a great job. Starting in 2012, he went way south. He is to do an inspection on the sewer system every 4 months. I never got a report for May 2012. I called but never got an answer. I finally got him around Sept 2012 and he sent me the report. The system was to be pumped in early Oct 2012. I was out of town and he called me to tell me all was done. He did this on Wed. I got back to town Friday afternoon. Sprinklers going. Went to tank and hose in pipe,water everywhere. He left the hose on. I called him but no answer. 3 calls and nothing. He wasted approx. $220 worth of water. He had broke the PVC union from the pump and it was leaking all over. He had the pump sideways and not on the pump deck. He called back Tuesday and I let him have it. He told me the next year was free in lieu of the all the water wasted and other issues. He has not been back since Oct 2012. Will not take calls. Talk to neighbors and they have not seen him since Oct 2012. Contacted State Agency and Local in Bexar County. They are pulling information. Contacted BBB but they got no reply from him. He has not been submitting the required paperwork. He owes me for two inspections and the wasted water. May need to take him to court. I do not know what has happened to him but he is in breach of contract. Overloaded or whatever, worthless business person.

Haynes Septic Systems has been late and now we can't reach him at all to perform contracted service. Mr. Haynes has been called several times by my husband with no call back or service performed. Unresponsive on a service he is to perform at regular intervals (every 4 months), last due to perform Oct. 2012. He is now in breach of contract for the second time this year. Not Happy with this one guy operation. Do not hire.

After encountering several problems with my system, having replaced the septic pump along with the added cost to having my system pumped I contacted Matthew. I'm sure he sensed that I was trying to fix it myself yet he stayed on the phone answering questions and offered feedback without the potential to gain a contract. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and decided to have him over to check my system. He fixed the cause of my problem which have continually costed us more money.When I contacted my current provider, it was on a Saturday with no return call back until Monday. Matthew came over on the weekend as a bonus to any homeowner he works on the weekends which is great. When my contract is up...I will most certainly sign a contract with Matthew, you will not go wrong.

I am a new home owner with a newly constructed home for 3 years now, though we are having a stinky smell coming from our master bath. I called Matt Haynes with Haynes Septic Systems thinking it was time to have the septic pumped and cleaned. Further, to my surprise, Matt stated it was to soon to have the Septic pumped and it should not be cleaned until 5-8 years. Mr Haynes suggested some easy steps to counter the smell coming the pipes and, sure enough, the odors are fading away. Last, Matt gave me some pointers on septic maintenance and some contacts since my location is out of his service area. Overall, Matt Haynes gave me 20 minutes of his phone time and saved me $100's. I wish he would service my area because he is Professional.

Haynes Septic provides outstanding service! Matt Haynes was actually out standing in the rain digging up my root clogged line and having my tanked pumped. That is truely outstanding service. He is real professional and recognized as an expert in his field. I highly recommend Haynes Septic Systems.

We called Matt on a Sunday morning because our septic was backing up and we couldn't use any water or the toilets. He called us back within 2 hours. He did a great job and was very pleasant. He was honest and knew what he was doing. and showed up when he said he would.

Early last year my aerobic pump went out. I called several septic system maintenance providers and all of them told me it would be anywhere from 2 to five day's before they could respond to troubleshoot my system. I came across Haynes Septic Systems and talked to Matt Haynes, He told me he could be there in the early afternoon.Mr. Haynes arrived at my residence about 3:10 P.M. Mr. Haynes had our system up & running by 4:30 P.M. The bill to repair our system was more than resonable & done in a timely manner ( also I did not have to clean up after the repairs were made ) Mr. Haynes also emphasized that if there were any problems with the repairs performed to give him a call and he would gladly follow up as required. I was so impressed with the timelyness & professional maintenance performed on our areobic system that I contracted Haynes septic systems to be our maintenence provider for our system. My previous provider really did not care for our system in the proper guidlines required. Haynes Septic Systems does a great job of inspecting the function of our aerobic system on a quarterly basis and actually inspects the system and advises us of the health of our aerobic system and possible future maintenance problems. I would highly recomend Haynes Septic Systems for all your septic system needs.

Haynes Septic Systems is by far the best company we have dealt with when it comes to having something for our home done. Our original septic service never did anything that was supposed to be done with our septic tank/sprayers, we came across Haynes service through our subdivision notice board and they have done everything they say they will do and have gone the extra step to make sure that we are completely satisfied with the work that is done. When they say they will do it, it is done, when they say they will be there, they are there.
