I suffered for years with frozen shoulder pain in both of my shoulders. I had tried orthopaedic surgeons (who wanted to do surgery), physical therapy, chiropractors, then decided to try acupuncture. I was skeptical about it at first, but my sister, who had been in a bad car accident, told me to try it because it works for her. After the first treatment, Yan told me to raise my arms. I have not... read more been able to lift my arm any higher than 12 inches for years. Unbelievably, I lifted my arm about half way. I went back 2 more times that week, and by the end of the week, I could raise my arms to the side of my head. The pain relief you feel after each session is amazing! I recommend anyone in pain to at least give it a try. It isn't for everyone, because you must turn off your mind and commit to relax during the sessions. For me, it is something I don't want to go without again!
