I called to get a price on a replacement speaker . A female employee gave me the price and when I asked what the return policy was she casually stated, ""There is no return policy on speakers."" She continued (speaking over me) saying,""and thats the way it has always been.""
I was shocked. I asked,"" Is there anyway to test the speaker before buying?"" Her only reply was, ""No. Would you like to speak to a manager?"" I even offered to bring in the amp and switch out the speaker and test it there before I left the store. She said, ""Yes. After you pay for it.""
I thought it best to look for my parts somewhere else and suggest you do also.
