I was actually there that day and thats not how it happened. The "stepdaughter or niece" whatever she is, was extremely rude. And hen her husband was even more rude and thought he could take on the manager "in the parking lot" personally the cops should have been called. Because they were yelling and cussing at the owners, it was ridiculous. Then he child was yelling "give me back our money" the mom did nothing to stop her. The staff was friendly and because the lights were out and there was another party inside the staff sang he birthday child happy birthday. But this other trouble some family took up the whole lobby Nd were very loud and obnoxious. I thought the owners handled it well. And I'm a returning customer.

We did an family birthday party here. Lots of fun, lots to do... the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. It wasn't crowded. Not too many people have discovered this cool place yet. They have bumper boats, 2 mini golf courses, arcade, food, gold/ gem mining for the kids, batting cages, etc, etc... lots of fun!
