Goddess Hair Braiding has a well-established service and appointment policy. Our appointment policy requires a 24-hour confirmation. We are dedicated to providing all our clients with the most stylish and comfortable hair braiding and sew-in available. We know that efficient scheduling is an important part of the hair salon experience. We appreciate your respect for our daily schedule which allows our stylists to be on time and provide efficient service. We try our best to keep on schedule, so we respectfully ask our clients to be prompt and keep their appointments.
Our goal is to provide excellent service. In accordance with our service satisfactory policy, under any circumstance where services do not meet with your satisfaction, we desire immediate notification of such. If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory (to include incorrect design/style, extensive telephone call or loud conversation during service), first tell your stylist. If the response isn’t helpful, speak to a manager and we will do our best to resolve the problem. To be considered for a re-service appointment, you must notify Goddess Hair Braiding within 48 hours of your service and be available for re-service within 5 days. We do understand that circumstances occur that will require our consideration. Please note that not all braiding styles are good for everybody.
The stylists that could not adhere to our service satisfactory policy are no longer working at Goddess Hair Braiding. We must ensure you that Goddess Hair Braiding has a team composed not only of Africans fluent in English, but also of Americans as well, very professional, licensed, and well qualified. They are all committed to Goddess Hair Braiding’s core values of professionalism, excellent customer service, and job well done in a timely manner. Our stylists are well paid, over the national average, on commission up to 60% of the cost of each service provided by them, with bonus, in addition to the tips given by the clients. The salon provides all materials and supplies. All stylists have their scheduled days off, and only work regular hours with liberal leave.
Goddess Hair Braiding has been recognized the Best Hair Salon in San Antonio for 2015 because of your continued business, which is greatly appreciated. Our prices are affordable, and we accept credit and debit cards. We are confident we will always provide the best service to you, our valued customers.
