Mangum is an ambulance chaser. He is more than willing to take your money, a high retainer. He tells you what you want to hear. After you give him the retainer, he does almost nothing to help you other than go through the court procedures. His track record is paltry. He loses many more cases than he wins, and he told me after I gave him the money. He took my case even though he knew that I couldn't win. When I asked him I could win, all he said was "Leave that to me." He didn't tell me anything concrete that would be convinciing in court that would make me win. I chose Mangum because he was one of the very few who would take my case. The other lawyers weren't good either during the initial interview. I should have chosen the lawyer who could give me a concrete reasons for my winning the case, not opinions only. Find a lawyer who has a low retainer. Mangum's retainer was much higher than anyone else's, and that's because he knew that he couldn't win my case. Lawyers are not supposed to take a case if they think that they will lose the case, but Mangum has no ethics. He is all about the easy money. Go with a reputable lawyer. These lawyers are usually the ones who are really busy with referrals. Mangum has a lot of free time for lying to prospective customers. Mangum should be disbarred for being unethical.
