        I called the San Antonio office for windshield replacement after my daughter hit a bird that shattered her windshield enroute from her home in west Texas to San Antonio. I was asked "what are you trying to do, bump your claim?" The city had been hit by a hail storm. I did not appreciate being treated like this by this company. I did call back after I realized what the female was saying and said I had proof of address and the hotel reservations. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very rude.
