Overall
engineers that are easy to work with

I am a landlord, renovating my own structure. The city said I needed and engineer's seal for a small portion of my project.

It is hard to find engineers to do small jobs for a reasonable price. These guys were very easy to work with and gave me a fair estimate and then came back with an invoice for even less.

Easy to work with and fair.

I certainly appreciate their work.

THIS IS AN EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS COMMENT,

Previously I gave them 5 stars. After reviewing my accounting at the end of the year I found that they charged me for stuff they never told me they would charge me for. If they just come out to your site to see what you are doing and tell you if they can help you they will bill you by the hour. I thought it was just an introduction with Gaylord to see if he would help. Instead 2 guys showed up and I billed for both by the hour when I thought it was just a free introduction.

Unfortunately, the invoices got paid without me seeing them. At this time am waiting to see how they handle this.

At this time the best I can say is ask for a written estimate and watch the invoices carefully.

I am even mad at the Mark Bear who recommended them and told me that this guy could help us at a good deal.
