Fairly little regard for residents shown at any time

Weeeellll, now, let us see. The LATEST is a notice that the management has chosen to do my ""free"" carpet cleaning this Wednesday. No phone call, no nothing. At LEAST this isn't one of their VERY (too) frequent notices that we will agin be without water or power!\r \r In this notice, they say that they (the folks) will NOT move any furniture and do only ""high traffic"" areas.\r \r Nice. Unfortunately, since they did NOT see fit to at least call and talk to me , A. I have a doctor's appointment, B. It will require me to ask the able bodied assistance of one of my former students to move furniture, etc. C. I am disbled, but it certainly would be nice to get more than a forty eight (48) hour notice, actually less than that!)\r \r Oh yeah, these kind folks REQUIRE that we all purchase RENTER's Insurance, cannot have a Satellite Dish without a BUNCH of additional insurance, etc., etc., etc.\r \r Wow, you would think that this is the ""HIGH rent"" district. Actually, for what we get, it IS!
