I received a text with a photo of my cat in her kennel, with the text saying "Hi, I'm doing great, see you in the morning!" Upon investigating, I found out that the person who sent the text was none other than the vet herself, Dr. Carolyn Stewart! That thoughtful gesture was above and beyond customer service though not surprising coming from the great staff at Family Pet Hospital of Stone Oak.

This was my first visit.Carried my cat in for what I thought might be a broken leg. Dr. Wooley examined her right away. He stated she had what looked like possibly a cat bite. Incredible reception team. Everyone is greeted with a very sincere "hello" and we all realized as important customers. What is even more important, we are also recoganized as "family" and that is very important to me. Our pets are part of our own family and it is obvious that you truly understand that and care.

I always feel confident when I drop off my pet for his blood pressure and heart rate evaluation. He is nervous when I drop him off in the morning but is always content and relaxed when I pick him up in the afternoon.

This place is great! They're very personable and friendly. Dr Armand extracted my toothand they made sure I was very comfortable during my visit. No pain other than the initial needle. The quality of care and the attention to detail displayed by the staff is outstanding. You found health problems with my dog that my previous vet didn't even look for, and which coiuld have very well killed her if untreated.
