I reserved a car from the Enterprise San Antonio airport online. During the reservation I did NOT select the optional insurance coverage. When I was asked about optional insurance coverage I stated I did not want that. Once I was back in the airport I received a receipt via email that showed optional coverages HAD been added to my reservation. I called Enterprise the day after I got back home and was told that the difference was due to the optional coverages being added.A couple hours later I received the call from the San Antonio office and after explaining things, was told they could only refund 1/2 of the $190. They have done so, the fact that it hasn't been refunded fully to me indicates a culture at Enterprise of taking advantage of their customers. Its an example of a customer being overcharged $100, but yet only refunding $50 due to the merchant having to make a refund to the customer. This will more than likely be the last I rent from Enterprise. I am greatly disappointed.
