Edible Arrangements

UPDATED** I was told that the delivery would be made today (next day) between 9-11. No delivery. Called at 11:30am, no answer, called at 11:45am and left a message with no call back. 3:45pm, no delivery and still no answer at the store. Called customer service and they said they will forward my feedback to the store manager. This is ridiculous.



I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on mother's day for my mother. At 5:30 there was still no delivery so I called the store to see how late they would be delivering (their website said open mother's day until 7pm). She said they were already done with their mother's day deliveries, and asked for my name to look up my order. After being on hold for 10 minutes, she came back to tell me that I was on her list to call, because they were closed today and weren't making deliveries and asked if I wanted a refund or have it delivered tomorrow. Odd, since she just said they were done with their deliveries for the day, so how could they suddenly be closed and not delivering. I asked for the next day delivery since this was all I got my mother for mother's day. I had placed the order 2 weeks prior, giving me this information the day of when I had to call and ask for it, is completely poor customer service.
