  Ashish was especially helpful. He assisted in confirming my reservation by long distance phone. He got me a toothbrush when I forgot mine. He gave me excellent directions to Wal Mart. He answered my questions about hotel policies. He was a very professional & presentable desk clerk. The hotel was great as before, no complaints, only Good !
