Louis is only there 5 to 9 at night.I have wasted days waiting for him to show up.Customers come, then leave then cone back and still no Louis, they go elsewhere.What an absolute waste of mechanical skill, empty machine shop and loss of revenue and waste of customer time and loss of customer loyalty and money.Repairman never at shop until 5 or later in evening. Great repair if you don't mind going at 8PM and waiting until he is done socializing at donut shop One has to call the shop by 6 to see if Louis is there Customers leave and go elsewhere where shops are open to serve their customers Hours are 5 to 9 at night at this shop if you are very lucky he even shows up.Customers need the repairs done 8 to 6 not at night when it is dark Louis, get to work by 8 so you can service your customers Your laziness costs customers time and money and cost you loyal customers and their business. I have wasted days waiting for Louis to show up. When he finally gets in he leaves to Dunkin Donuts for 45 min It is not a social shop,it is a repair shop. Customers get frustrated and leave to other shops where they value customers and do great repair service which customers pay for and deserve. Either get to the shop to perform repairs you have promised and can never deliver because you waste time at Dunkin' Donuts or close the shop and sleep your life away. I made an appt after calling and making sure you were at the shop, to drop off my mower and instead of being at the shop to accept my mower as you agreed I saw you driving to the donut shop. I followed you to the shop where you told me you were meeting a woman for a 7PM date! Do your dating during the day, not when you are tending to your customers .WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME going to this shop and expect customer service. GET UP AND SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS WHO COUNT ON YOU LOUIS!!!!!!! Or CLOSE THIS SHOP so you can devote your sleepy life to dating women at Dunkin Donuts.

Very experienced small engine repairman, with an extensive machine shop to make small parts and cables, who provides quick very satisfactory repair service warranted for ninety days. You will not be disappointed.

Very satisfied with mower repair. Have not been able to find the shop open. Is it still in business? Repair was done last year and was excellent. Louis also repaired an extension cord for me.
