My name is Thomas Davis, it is 7am on Valentines Day and I'm staying at your location in San Antonio Texas on interstate35N..
Upon arriving, spending 56.89 on a 9 hour stay I walked into my room that completely has had me appalled.
1. Vintage Bubble Screen TV with split broken cable wire so not One channel worked. Called the front desk, spoke with what sounded like an asleep employee by the name Brody. He said wait til the morning and he will send maintenance. That would be awesome if my check out wasn't at 11am.
2. Floors weren't swept. Beds stink like body odor and out of 4 lamps....3 were missing bulbs.
3. Towels stained black, Brown and torn to shreds .. one 1x1inch bar of face body hair and dish soap. NO shower Curtains or fresh toilet paper.
4.No WiFi access or response to fix time. Which would have saved the tv problem because I have Netflix but me and my partner instead took turns guessing what the green slime stain on the roof was until we realized the sun was coming up and started this email.
5. Safety lock ...hardly. the thing is held to the wall with weak loose bolts that you can tell have suffered a police raid and been kicked in.
Needless to say, I expect a phone call, email or verbal in person confirmation that all of these things will be addressed fixed and compensated for. It's a shame people like myself rely on the professionalism and cleanliness of hotels and motels to live a healthy happy less stress filled life and places like Delta Inn 78233 TX room 257 take my.hard earned money and tell me to move along. My stay will not be the four days I planned on staying and will be reserved at another hotel if this is too much of a problem to fix.
