This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They are horrible in returning calls. I have left 12 messages in the last 2 weeks and have yet to receive a call back. Every time I call, I request to speak with the attorney and instead I get directed to the legal aide, and she/he is never there – that’s why I have to leave messages. There is no follow up from them. They were very good to take my money and send me bills, but now they won’t return any of my calls. I am going to put a formal complaint with the Texas Bar to see if I can get some questions answered. If you don’t have enough capacity to return calls, I would suggest you hire competent people who can do the job. Since you are part of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, I was referred to this office by them. They will also hear my complaint so they remove you from any type of referrals. This is just a disgrace of legal assistance.
