State Farm Insurance

Horrible Customer Service. Rosaelia Mireles, the acting manager in charge, did not send me a copy of my new insurance cards after multiple requests via phone, email, & online. In order to update an address change to have the cards mailed to me, my policy was cancelled/changed without my consent. I have since transferred to a new agent. When I call State Farm customer service I am auto redirected to "my agent" whom per Rosaelia Mireles, is always out of town till next Tuesday. To Mr.Gunnel- if you are not receiving the complaints from your customers I would take a moment to review the sole person you leave in charge/responsible to run your business for you. Something as simple as mailing me a copy of my insurance cards should not be that difficult. Nothing necessarily against state farm but I have since transferred agents & would NEVER RECOMMEND MR. GUNNELS OFFICE AS LONG AS ROSE MIRELES is the one who handles your request.
