First off, I do not know how anyone can…

First off, I do not know how anyone can send their kid to a dentist that was responsible for the overdose death of a 22 month old. Ever. The office manager, Pauline, is extremely rude. She has absolutely zero people skills. I have never talked with an office manager as rude as Pauline is. Seriously, she is like a character off a Seinfeld script.

Another thing to note: you better not get sick or have an emergency or they will charge you $50 per kid for a rescheduled appointment no matter what life situation was thrown in your way. Death in the family-$50 charge. The parent gets the flu-$50 charge. Get in a car wreck-$50 charge. They simply don't care and Pauline will be sure to have no sympathy for you. Avoid this dentist that has the reputation to off your child.
