Don't move in here I strongly suggest. The property manager Noe Pena assulted a residents son was beating on him on Monday April 24,2018 . He is very unprofessional and is bad business

The worst place to ever go to, I had signed a contract being told I would own both the trailer and the land, and then it was switched some how to me not owning anything but just renting and now they say I owe them money, the nerve of these people. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away this place is hell. They asked us to sign a new lease we gave them a month notice. And they kept our deposit and send us to collection s the lease is not even in my name it was under my boyfriends name.they rented us the trailer knowing the central was broke. We got crazy electric bills. And nothing was ever fixed. Dogs and cats living under the trailers.. I'm having to retain a lawyer to get them of my credit report. Hateful money hungry people stay awsy

Been here 4 yrs. Moving in july. They are dishonest, money hungry, people with ugly hearts.

Though they at first present themselves as a legit business do not believe a word they say. If you want to find your family ruined and your credit demolished come get a home at crescent place. My family and I have been here just about a year and have had to retain an attorney due to the fact they are evicting us for retaliative reasons. I have never seen a company do so much lying than this one. Micheal Martz who who owns this business is scam artist. If you Google his name you will see a court affidavit that says he is a man of many alias! Please (unless you want your life ruined) do not not rent or purchase a piece of property from this company

We have been here for almost a year and it has been a nightmare. It took them 6 months to level the house; 3 months to fix the leaks in the bathroom. Guess what? they still leak. The skirting doesn't stay put now that they leveled the house and this is after they redid the skirting to fit the 2 inch difference in the leveling. There is a registared offender living in the complex and we have ton of children here. The children and animals alike are aloud to run amuk at all hours. We pay a ton for the rent on the lot which means they are responsible for the upkeep, yet the grass is hardly cut...unless you live near the office. oh and by the way.... management seems to change almost as much as women change clothes.
