be very wary about renting an apartment from this location. The first thing your gonna do is be shown a model that is beautiful and then They tell you your apartment won't be ready until...I never saw my unit until moving day.Then once you move in here comes the maintenance issues no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try it can take a week to months to get something fixed. there are issues with multi families over the occupancy limit. There are several areas in the complex I'm aware of that sell drugs. Not only is the office staff: rude but its such a revolving door of people that work in the office and management I've lived here for 2 years and we've gone through 3-4 managers and at least 5 office employees. The rent is very high for this step up from a slum so renters beware?
