Poor Management

Resided in Walnut Springs from Sept 2005 to Sept 2006 it was the worst living experience in the 20yrs we have been renting apts. The management was rude and uncareing. Building and maintence upkeep is very poor and when making a request to management they acted as if they were doing you a favor to do necessary repairs. If your looking for a friendly enviroment save yourself the grief and DO NOT live here! I've only been out for a week and its been the best week I've had in a yr. Home should be a refuge not to be dreaded. I literally dreaded stepping foot into the office, they do not greet their residents nor respect them and make foolish uncalled for remarks. Save yourself a lease of grief and DO NOT rent at Walnut Springs.
