I am so grateful that Dr. Camacho and his wife have helped me in so many ways. I have a cleft-palate and for all of my life I thought no one could help me look normal with straight teeth. and here they are, giving me hope when I thought I had none and they are holding my hand walking me through every step. I cant wait to see the end result. Dr. Camacho is so readily available for all his patients and so attentive during the appointments. I used to hate the dentist cause I thought I was always judged and looked down on. Dr. Camacho makes me feel comfortable! I enjoy my visits!

This dental office has set a new high standard for dentistry. Dr.Camacho was really gentle and kind and his staff is one of a kind. I have never in my life been to a dentist office that was so beautiful, warm and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. If you want highest of quality of service and work done, then this is the place to go.
Not to expect the initial warmth and gesture to last long.OMG, can you imagine, the front desk ladies, to talk like the treating dentist, about the treatment and importance of reevaluating during the course of treatment!.
Since this person did not leave an actual name (they also posted a similar review on another site and would not leave their name) I have no idea who they are and I can't really tell what their actual complaint is from this review. Our staff is knowledgeable about all our procedures and can answer most questions just like in most dental/medical offices, so I am not sure why they are upset with this. If a patient wants to visit with Dr. Camacho regarding anything he has an open communication line with his patients and we even provide his home number if they want to visit after hours and they are never charged for his time. Please call our office and identify yourself, ask for June and I will provide you with Dr. Camacho's home number and he will be more than happy to help sort out whatever upset you have.
Was quoted also broke my crown and is billing my ins company to fix his mistake. I got hosed this is a warning to all. People should not be allowed to practice business this way
I totally understand his upset. This gentleman had insurance and his insurance did not pay as they should have leaving him with a balance. There are hundreds of insurances and it is impossible for us to exactly determine what each one will pay. It also incredibly frustrating for us when insurance companies say they will pay and then do not. We file insurance as a courtesy and clearly state in our paperwork that we can only estimate what we think they will pay and regardless of what the insurance pays the patient is responsible for the entire amount as is the case in any dental office I have ever been in. Nevertheless, it is frustrating for the patient and the doctor when insurance companies are allowed to dictate patient care when the patient is paying for benefits he should receive. There were no hidden fees on our part. The correct target for the upset here is the insurance company.
I was talking with Dr. Edward Camacho the other day again and he was telling me about how many new patients he is getting for dental implants and Invisalign braces. People are getting tired of wearing their metal braces and dentures apparently.
He has expanded to a brand new state-of-the-art dental clinic.
In any event he is doing very well and it was good to see him again!
