My clothes got stuck in a front loader that was out-of-order. There was nothing to indicate that there was anything wrong with the machine so I used it at the recommendation of another fellow washer, since the only other one available was priced a quarter more than the rest. My clothes were stuck! And there was no one in the facility to help. Hope that the machine would somehow un-stick itself, I waited 30 minutes and checked on it again, still stuck on the :24 minute setting and since they were locked in there, the customer next to me took the liberty of calling the 1-888 number on the signs. I talked to a rep. who seemed to care less and stated that, "looks like someone is getting some new clothes". The rep. said that someone would call in 30 min. and it's been 2 hours, no call. The service is ridiculous, Kwik wash is not about customer service!!
