I had my roof replaced by Cloud and they weren't as top notch as I thought they would have been. The sales rep "Jose" was great and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My disappointment was with a "Marilyn" at their home office. Considering my roof replacement was $9,600, I was treated in a very condescending manner. If I had dealt with her prior to signing the contract, I would have chosen Belden instead. They also damaged siding on my home, and after a written request and a verbal request I have yet to be contacted by Cloud to resolve the issue. There are also nails that were left sticking out from the side of the house / roof. That's not usual for roofers to leave nails hanging down. I will not endorse or recommend this company. These are large expenses, and they should be accompanied with better customer service.

Cloud Roofing replaced my roof including four skylights about three years ago. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. I was very pleased with them. Everything was fine until we had a strong rain. I noticed one of the skylights was leaking so I called Cloud Roofing to have them seal it. Cloud Roofing came out to repair the skylight at no charge. This happened three more times with me calling them and a repair man from Cloud Roofing coming out to fix it and still the skylight continues to leak. I finally came to the conclusion Cloud Roofing would never correct the problem. I had a professional roofer examine the skylights and provide an estimate for repairing the skylights and some shingles Cloud Roofing had put down that were loose. He was of the opinion the skylights were not installed correctly. His repair estimate was $1,250. The leak has also done considerable damage to the interior of my house. I would never use Cloud Roofing again for anything.

I had seen Cloud Roofing signs all over the houses in & near my neighborhoods especially after the hail storms. All of the roofs looked perfect & with soooo many customers I thought I would also call Cloud Roofing. Not only was their quote cheaper than everyone else, but they also worked with the skylight people up the block from them to replace my crappy plastic bubble skylights with some nice double-pane custom skylights. For just $500 more i was able to upgrade from the flat looking 20 year shingle to the beautiful dimensional 30 year shingle (by Elk - the Prestique) & not is it the best looking roof on my block, but it has a longer warranty as well. Shannon was my sales man. Although I was too impatient to wait for someone to come to my house to show me all of the shingles they offer, after I had received my quote, Shannon obliged me when I popped in unexpectedly at the office & showed me the shingles. I picked mine out on the spot. It has been almost two years since we got our roof & skylights & we have had nothing rumple, leak, or give us any grief! I would definitly recommend Cloud Roofing.

They will not follow through on committments. I have been waiting 3+ weeks for a response
