He explained everything he was doing and thoroughly cleaned the vent with a rotary brush and vacuum suction from the back of my dryer all the way to the outside wall. He also cleaned the lint trap screen and the lint build up inside the dryer - leaving no mess. As promised, he completed the work in exactly 1 hour. Cleaning your dryer vent is not something you ordinarily think about, but it’s important for home safety and energy efficiency. I will certainly be using ClearVent Services in the future. I was very happy with the service I received from ClearVent. The technician showed up on time even though it was pouring rain. He explained what he was going to do before he started and showed me how the lint had built up in my dryer. He also was very neat and cleaned up really well (area was cleaner then when he started). I have notice that my towels are now dry after one cycle and my clothes are dry before the timer goes off. I am also free of the worry of a dryer fire starting in my house. Ken came out and cleaned my dryer vent last week and right away I noticed that my towels and jeans would dry in only 1 cycle. I can't remember how long that's been!! He explained to me the process he used to clean out all the lint and even showed me afterwards how much lint had built up. Definitely recommend!!
