All the critics given by these Customers who are saying poor service and poor that, are not based upon reality but merely because they pay for Lunch and they sneak out to eat Dinner. Of course they get mad and create a scene when confronted by the waiters/waitresses. I have been going to this Restaurant for a period of time now, and i never have any problems whatsoever; the food is very good, the staff from the waiters/waitresses, host to the cooks are extra nice. I have tried all the Chinese,American, Mexican buffets in town, and I'll give 100/100 for Chopsticks because simply is the best in town. Haters be Haters!!!

I have ate chinese food in just about every us state there is and this by far is the best so far. great in every aspect. tea was never empty. seating was fast, lots to choose from. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE BAD reviews. i think its competitors and not the public. i live 600 miles away and do not know a person that works at or manages the place. this is a real review.

I have eaten at various Chinese restaurants across the whole country, and Chopsticks ranks about middle of the road. Not great but not bad. They are always fast to seat new arrivals, drinks are served quickly, and there is a plethora of cuisine fare to choose from. And that doesn't just mean Chinese food - they have Bar-B-Q, Mexican, and Sushi to pick from. One thing that I particularly enjoy is the seafood variety. Of course, as with almost any restaurant in the world, it isn't immune to some criticism. My first focuses on their friendly but nevertheless busy staff. Sometimes my drink needs refilling but goes without for up to five minutes (which, in general isn't very long, but when thirsty, it can be). My second criticism is the fact that popular food items disappear quickly, sometimes for fifteen minutes or longer. While this sounds like I'm being too picky, I don't believe I am; many of the people who attend this location go specifically for those food items, and I'd imagine eventually those responsible for kitchen coordination would catch on and prepare for this sort of thing. It really has the potential to lose this place publicity. Other than that, I would like to address some of the rumors about this restaurant. During my (many) visits to Chopsticks, I (nor my parties) haven't ever encountered dirty plates or dinnerware, cold food, improperly prepared food, or a dissatisfied experience afterword. If I (or we) had, then I wouldn't be a repeat customer as I am. Once a month I make it a point to attend Chopsticks, sometimes more often than that. It is a quiet, relaxing place to sit back, eat some good food, and wind down after a long week of work or school, or for something semi-special. 3.5 stars out of 5.
the times i've gone have been awesome. my husband does not care for buffets , but this one has changed his mind. the food's is sooooo good. we have gone at 5pm and it's very busy so fresh food is always coming in.

DO NOT EAT THERE! My husband and I ate there last weekend and the food was horrible, the restaurant is has a dirty look, seems like it isn't taken care of. The staff lacks people skills, but what it comes down to is the atmosphere is very dull and depressing and the food is just gross. You leave very unsatisfied, ashamed for eating there and just feeling sick for having to pay for a terrible meal. DON'T GO!!!

Took my family to celebrate my 40th birthday. Left in tears. Server barely spoke English. When I complained to manager of the poor service we got, Manager (who barely spoke English too) went on yelling rampage in front of my family and other guests in restaurant. Warm food was cold to touch. Dirty bathrooms.

A typical Chinese buffet that puts out a large selection of food, but not good food. Many to choose from but they look overcooked, old and greasy. Not tasty or flavorful, not good quality. The buffet is a mess and the place is dirty. Service is not so great either. Plenty of food being wasted because it is not edible. Save your money and go to a real restaurant.

This place has some decent food, but sometimes the service is lacking, and is usualy dirty. \r that's all take a chance with this place.

I decided to go to this resteruant based on the good reviews, but I'm sorry I did. The service was really bad, the food was cold, and it was really dirty. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it at all!

The restaurant was very short staffed. I'm not usually one for buffets, but I thought I would give it a try... bad idea. The food was cold, and the selection wasn't very good. I definitely wouldn't reccomend it, and I won't ever go back.

I am not all that fond of Buffets because it seems like they are all the same and you can't always tell if the food is fresh. But this restaurant is excellent. They have a variety of food and it is for family, friends, dates, they appeal to everyone and the Walnut Shrimp is the BOMB!

Just another buffet of Americanized Chinese food. Not something I'd recommend for those that enjoy the authenticity and freshness of Asian food on the west coast and northeast.

I think this is the best chinese buffet in town, most choices, freshest food, and excellent service. This restaurant is large enough that you rarely have to wait, even on Sundays right after church. Very good environment and friendly staff.
