If you want a change of pace from the usual and you don't like waiting for your food and like variety; this maybe a good place for you to visit. Since it is buffet; the goal is volume and the waite staff can acutally give you too much customer service and can become annoying as they constantly hover over your table. They do cram in a lot of people; the plus side is that you don't have to wait for a table too long.
The food is a mixture of more common Chinese dishes to Mexican food, Pizza, Steaks, and Sushi and let's not forget the desserts and salad bar. My complaint is the food tends to sit out there too long and it gets cold. Today I had catfish, salmon, chicken wings, and sides of corn, new potato...all were cold to lukewarm. For the money that your paying it should be hot and fresh tasting.
I found the salad bar to be fresh, but limited with options and there was no diet or light salad dressings available.
Not a place I would recommend to go to frequently, but in a pinch it could meet your needs. I recommed Ping's across from Ingram Mall. It's a family restaurant, the foods hot, no buffet, and they close during the Christmas Holidays to go visit family in China. Plus the prices are very inexpensive and they give you generous portions without being a glutton.
